Charlemont sees 9 deed transfers in past month, but only one carries a recorded sale price

Charlemont recorded nine property transfers between Aug. 21 and Sept. 19, but the Franklin County Registry of Deeds has posted a sale price for only one: the Aug. 24 sale of 14 East Hawley Road for $200,000, sold by Jean M Brisson to Franklin First Federal Credit Union and Greylock Federal Credit Union. Pricing for the other eight transactions has not yet appeared in registry records. Maxwell Road and Main Street each saw two recorded transfers. Six of the nine filings named a bank or credit union as buyer or seller. With price data available for just one sale, the month's market tone cannot yet be assessed from this dataset.
