Charlemont deed data shows wide price range, limited data
Charlemont recorded 10 property deed transfers between Sept. 4 and Oct. 3, but only three carry a confirmed sale price so far. Prices range from $39,000 to $394,250, with a median of $140,000 among the three priced sales. The top transaction was 31 West Oxbow Road at $394,250, sold Sept. 9. Legate Hill Road and West Oxbow Road each saw two recorded transfers. All three priced sales listed a bank or mortgage entity as buyer, and two transfers involved a trust or estate as seller. With seven of 10 sales still missing price data, the period's overall market tone cannot yet be determined from the available figures.
