The month's top recorded sale was 9 Route 8A N at $336,000, sold by Palmeri Properties LLC to Greenfield Cooperative Bank. Maxwell Road and Main Street each saw two transfers. Several transactions involved banks or credit unions as buyer or seller, and two involved trust entities. With six of 10 deeds lacking recorded prices, the data offers only a partial view of local market conditions this period.
