Eleven Deeds Recorded in Charlemont, Pricing Data Still Filling In
Charlemont recorded 11 property deeds between Aug. 28 and Sept. 26, but only three carry a posted sale price so far: $39,000, $140,000, and $394,250, a median of $140,000. The top recorded transaction was 31 West Oxbow Road at $394,250, sold Sept. 9. Eight transactions, including sales on Mohawk Trail, East Hawley Road, and Charlemont Road, are still awaiting price data, typical of the registry's reporting lag. Eight of the 11 deeds list a bank, credit union, or mortgage entity as buyer or seller. With most prices still pending, the data does not yet support a clear read on the period's overall market tone.
