Five transfers, including two involving seller Berkshire East Ski Resort LLC, do not yet show a price, consistent with the registry's typical reporting lag. Bank and mortgage entities appeared as a party in five of the eight recorded transfers. The data available does not support characterizing the period as active or quiet beyond the raw count.
