The period's top recorded sale was 421 Legate Hill Road at $675,000, sold by the Lea King Trust to James Edward and Sarah Elizabeth Charron as trustees. Several other deeds involved trust-to-trust or trust-to-individual transfers within the same families, and two sales involved a bank or mortgage-servicing entity as seller. With seven of nine sales carrying no price recorded yet, the data offers only a partial picture of the month's market activity.
