DiNicolantonio to Franklin First and Greylock FCU. Prices for the other eight deeds were not yet available in registry records, a normal lag of about a week. Several of the recorded deeds involved financial institutions, a trust and an estate as sellers, with transfers on East Hawley Road, Legate Hill Road, South River Road, Schaefer Way and Mohawk Trail. With price data largely pending, the period's overall market tone cannot yet be assessed from available figures.
